love the idea of shadow milk being a bit of a hypocrite, making fun of someone else when their belly growls, but if someone did the same to him, he’d be super annoyed and flustered. i’m picturing him teasing someone else for their hungry belly, only for his stomach to chime in with an even louder growl, because it turns out he’s even hungrier than the other person c:<

Okie! Rebel Cookie's tummy could have pretty normal volume sounds, but it'll growl loudly when it gets hungry, gurgle a lot when it's sick or achy, and he would try and rub it to help it settle down. (I dunno if he's gonna be a tummy talker or not tho)

You wanna hear a cute headcanon? Espresso's belly can be pretty loud at times, but when Cappuccino is around the plush stomach (Such as hugging, rubbing or just cuddling), it's at a moderate or even a soft volume so it wouldn't scare her away.

Been having a scenario in my head of Pure Vanilla tending to a wounded Cookie and as he's examining them, his tummy would occasionally grumble.

Since the atmosphere is silent, it would only amplify the sound of the gurgles to the point where his patient can hear it clearly. However, instead of being embarrassed or flustered, Pure Vanilla would chuckle and give brief apologies for the disturbances.

Of course, apologies can't fill an empty stomach, so it continues to rumble and growl throughout the rest of the procedure 💕

That is VERY cute. Pure Vanilla has such potential for tum fluff. I genuinely love how he tries to apologize but it doesn't stop it. I feel like he would actually do that in the game.
