Today has been one of those days where I just want to curl up on my bed and attempt to disappear from the world.

I used to love dreaming. I am a daydreamer. I love having control of my fantasies, but this last year I can't sleep without dreaming and it's killing me. Every night my brain is running, swimming, fighting, crying, falling in love and so on. When I wake up I am exhausted because my brain hasn't gotten any sleep from dreaming. My body and brain is at war, because my body needs to be active, but my brain is tired and as you know, the brain always wins. Can I rest peacefully now please? Maybe for just a week? I need to sleep.
