Prison Dimension Eyes Theory
Many of Bill’s prison friends are missing their eyes or have no eyes to speak of.
And Bill himself mentioned how long it takes for him to regenerate his eye
And yet Bill’s dimension has plenty of eyes in it. In the form of the Eye-Bats
That also can turn people into stone
I think the Eye-Bats were the original guards in Bill’s prison dimension, made out of the prisoners themselves. When the prisoners misbehaved, their eyes were taken away from them and turned into an Eye-Bat. But eventually Bill and his friends took over their prison, and took control of the Eye-Bats, using them to create the breach between their weird prison dimension and Gravity Falls.
