You know what I want to see in assassin's creed fanfiction? More time travel fics but instead of having desmond traveling back or bringing people to the future, have it be between the different assassin's time periods.

Ezio ends up in the Caribbean and joins up with Edward Kenway and his crew.

Bayek and Aya (Origins) ends up in the holy land and meeting Altaïr, seeing how their order grew and changed over time.

Eivor (Valhalla) ends up in feudal Japan and meets Fujibayashi and Yasuke (Shadows). I think this is fun because of the contrast of super sneaky stealth and viking "all weapons you have should be visible or you are a coward" attitude (correct me if I'm wrong about that).

Like, it's fun having all these assassin's end up in the present or meeting desmond in the past, but we got to mix it up. If you know any fics that do stuff like this, please send me the link! I'd love to read them!

You can't put Ezio and Altaïr into one world(modern au) and expect them not to be drawn to one another.

I like to play on that factor every time there's no time separating them
