Marie is from France and came from a very high class, rich family. Her only sister went off to be a model in California, and her mother was always on the red carpet since she ran a famous fashion line. Her father was hardly seen since he was an in office author, however he published a successful series when Marie was a young teen.

Her hopes and dreams were far from being a model like her elder sister but not too far from her fathers career. She originally wanted to be a poet, it was her one true passion in life while others danced, sang, or played sports. Marie kept this a secret for a long time, since her family was so successful, she didn’t want to disappoint them with being something smaller.

For eight years, Marie hid her journals filled with poems under her mattress and only told her father when she had moved out at the age of 19. At the time, she was taking classes to become a counselor since she felt she couldn’t make a real career out of being a poet but she still kept those on the side. After thinking her father would be angry, or tell her she couldn’t do it, she was surprised to see him being accepting toward her. He even offered to use her poems in his current series.

She declined the offer, thinking she wasn’t good enough and kept on with her counseling education. Marie spoke all French until she decided to take on other languages such as Spanish, Italian, and English. With her high grades, famous parents, and wealth she was able to move from France onto a bigger counseling opportunity. County Line Group Home with some of the most wanted criminals, she would be given the task to help them turn their lives around.

After doubting herself for so many years, she couldn’t bring herself not to doubt this assignment. However, her family thinks she can do it, surely.

Bio:

Allie wanted to be a guidance counselor all her life but without the support of her family, she felt she wouldn’t be able to get there. It seemed everyone around her wanted her to be something different; a nurse, a day-care assistant, a vet, a lawyer, and the list can go on. She spent her teenage years doing whatever her family told her to do; study, clean, study, work, study. It was a miserable way to live.

When she turned 18, she decided that she wasn’t going to let anyone tell her what to do. She graduated with the honor roll, and was the valedictorian of her high school year. She proposed that everyone live a happy life, one they wanted, and not what other people wanted from them. She even looked at her parents as she said the words and walked off stage with a grin.

Her university experiences taught her much about herself, and she realized that no matter what, she would become some sort of counselor. As time went by, she became a part of many different charities, volunteer work, and even studied out of school with her teacher, Clinton Cameron. The two became close, not in a romantic way, but in a supportive way. He educated her in fields of counselling and recommended her to other schools, classes, and finally the County Line Group Home.

It’s because of Clinton Cameron that she now mentors Danielle Richmond and many other criminals with a rough past and brighter future. She hopes to help them see that the path their on will not lead them to a happy, healthy life.
