I went to Scarborough Renaissance Festival Saturday with several dear friends! I hadn't been in many years and it was wonderful to not only go back but to get in costume and feel magical.💖💖💖 I made my head dress and added all of the leaves and vines to the skirts which was tedious but fun!! Wearing stuff I had made a while back was also wonderful! The little fae cat on my shoulder is named Puck! 😁🥰

I wasn't able to finish my costume the way I had planned but I still really love it and am so happy how close I was able to replicate the original design I made. (Disclaimer, the body on the design is traced because I was lazy and just wanted to get to the designing, so obv i don't take credit for that part.)

Painting these was so fun but I still have to seal them, glue moss and flowers to them, and figure out a way to attach them. I have five more things to make (along with 90 more macarons to make) and only 10 more days to work on them, 7 of which I have work.

WIG HERE

I have too much hair so I have to figure out the wig some more and work on styling it

also the flower crown was made to fit my head and not my head + mop of hair under two wig caps + wig, so now it doesn't fit as well and I'll probably have to fuck around with magnets to get it to stay put

BUT IM SO HAPPY. PERFECT GREEN.

I'll probably try to sew more wefts to it sometime to make it thicker because I'll want to do all sorts of elven hair with it.
