Page 01. ---- BROCKVILLE, Ont., March 8. - Charles Plumb, no fixed address, was sentenced today to four years in Kingston penitentiary for issuing false checks. Police charged Plumb issued 28 false checks throughout Ontario in recent weeks. [AL: This was Plumb’s second time in penitentiary. He had been sentenced in Guelph on similar charges in 1932 to two years and had been through the riot in 1932.]
