what is your personal favorite palette, that you've done?

Oh good question! I’ve got a few.

This one I’ve kept and used a whole bunch in my own art, but really it’s one of my favorite gradients

Every palette from this past February is personal to me moreso than any other month, since all 28 were made for a friend of mine, and I did digital paintings for all of them

This one is just lovely

Rosy colored things (I know I was eyedropping a floral arrangement for this one) are a weakness of mine

And anything that’s got nice teals/corals

I’m in love with colors, there’s not much I can say, but certain combinations strike me personally more than others. Plenty of palettes I’ve made have come from pictures I’ve taken of the sky, of buildings, of neat paintings and the like. I try to keep things fresh, but the number of colors will always be somewhat finite.

The requests are really fun because I never use an image reference like I sometimes do with the daily ones. Every request is me reading the name and selecting colors I associate with it. Synesthesia is a good time.

Cuando empecé a ver Steven Universe a los 12 años jamás se me cruzó por la mente lo importante que se convertiría para mí poco tiempo después. Es una serie que me acompañó toda mi adolescencia y estuvo para mí cuando me sentía sola y triste, me sacó muchas sonrisas y sin darme cuenta crecí junto a todos esos hermosos personajes de los cuales me encariñé tanto 💕

Le estoy eternamente agradecida y creo que, a pesar de que mi mente a menudo se enfoque en otras cosas ya que estoy creciendo, siempre tendrá un lugar en mi corazón. Voy a disfrutar SUF hasta el final y me va a doler cuando termine, pero también feliz porque pasó ❤ ¡No puedo esperar a todo lo que se viene! 🌈
