Strega laughed at the wolf’s dismissal of the Cardinal as a potential bedmate. “Yeah, I imagine Sister Imperator has painted a very different picture of him in your head. Be difficult to reconcile the two.”

She was caught off-guard by her friend’s confession, and blushed to hear it. “I’ve missed you, too, fuzzy,” she admitted, surprising herself a little. “But things still feel...a little fragile. Maybe once dedication rites begin again, and he and I have proved to each other - and to ourselves - that it hasn’t changed anything between us.” 

Strega grinned suddenly, and booped Wolfbane’s nose. “It would certainly be an effective way of distracting myself from how he was spending his evenings!” She sobered again, almost as quickly as she had brightened. “But you have my word that I don’t just think of you as a distraction. You’ve been a good friend, and that remains of paramount importance to me.”

Wolfbane had recently been pushed out of her territory by hunters and had been traveling for weeks. She hadn’t eaten in a few days now and her stomach had gotten the better of her senses. She didn’t noticed the other wolf’s scent as she passed onto their territory. All she thought about was food until a snarl snapped her back into reality.

Sorcha growled when she smelled the other female wolf in her territory. With a mild annoyance, the wolf set out and tracked her down. “WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU’RE DOING HERE?” she snarled as she galloped up to the other wolf, prepared to fight. Her voice was dpper than any normal human male, quite demonic in fact.

“Hey Ifrit? Can I sit on you lap and we can talk about the first thing that pops up?” The werewolf cackled at her own joke, proud that she actually said something sexual at the fire ghoul for once! Tho it did help that she was working on her 5 giant bottle of whisky. (You and Dew are not the only ones having problems) [~drunken Wolfbane~]

Ifrit grins at the werewolf and sits back in his chair, spreading his legs and motioning at his lap. “It’s the best seat in the house, be my guest!” He hums as she climbs onto his lap, nuzzling at her neck and hair, noting the scent of alcohol on her. “My, seems like we’re all trying to get plastered lately, what’s chewing on ya, Wolfy?”
