Crazy idea for Artful Dodger season 3 🤞, since Fanny’s entire character arc in season 2 is her getting into crime I think in season 3 she’ll become the new underworld crime boss (since Fagin’s got to lay low given he’s supposed to be dead). So Inspector Boxer is chasing this new mystery leader of this criminal gang but they keep managing to stay one step ahead.

Here’s the real crazy idea though, Fanny has to get closer to Boxer to get the intel she needs to stay ahead of the law. They get closer and start to catch feelings and suddenly Fanny is in love with man hunting her down while Boxer is in love with the crime boss he’s trying to dethrone.

I don’t know why I thought of this it just popped into my head, but it would be nice for Dodge and Lady Belle not to have all the relationship drama next season.

i love how fanny is really skilled in swindling because she already lying so many times to her mother about belle and the fact that she also skilled in painting, and could make a perfect lettering for forgery. like, it makes total sense and doesn't come from nowhere.

and i love her bonding with fagin and how fagin treat her as equal and accepted her. i just love their interaction and i know fagin is really close to change her fake company as fagin and daughter.
