- “Face it, all of you. Naga could come fight me herself, but now that I have more of a following she’s afraid I’m going to kick her ass.”
- “I’ll happily accept any betrayed child. Especially those who are already mine.”
( Akira and Grima for the offspring meme? Also * flees * )
((Fan I will fight you i s2gjk i’m laughing my ass off tyalso sorry if any of this is OOC for Akira I struggle
The parents -
Who first brought up having/adopting kids?
I mean… I’d kind of assume Grima considering… Grimom?? she has three loves in life: Akira (clearly assuming if they’re getting kids they’d be like a thing by then), children, and murder
Which parent is most overprotective?
well we all know Grima is stupid overprotective but I could probably see Akira being that way? he has.... persona protag syndrome, after all i’m sorry
Which parent is most supportive?
no doubt Akira because Grima has. a hard time with that sort of thing.
Which parent expects the most from their child?
if it’s like Grima’s actual child they’ll have extremely high expectations but if they’re adopted Grima is just like “our child is only human they can only do so much” is this your kid or a pet grima so I guess in that case it might be Akira
Which parent is more likely to spoil their child?
well Grima seems more like the type to give them whatever they want
Which parent does the child go to to get their way?
while Akira seems like the type who would let them get away with stuff more often
Which parent is the best at singing lullabies?
okay but instead of deciding who is the best imagine both of them singing plegian lullabies
Which parent finds it harder to let go?
probably Akira just considering how easily Grima lets go of her current kids COUGH
The kid -
What the kids name is and the meaning behind it.
I’m gonna be cheap and stick with Adio because I love her and would never finish this if I tried to make up a child, and the google says her name means “righteous”
What traits the kid has that doesn’t reflect their parents.
her dislike of fighting for any reason, and her nerves around dragons if she still keeps that with Grima for a parent because welp
What the kids favorite clothing style is.
she takes after her dad in that regard
What their favorite cartoon is.
What skills their parents try to pass down to them.
she takes after her dad in general in terms of skills but Grima would at least probably attempt to get her to learn some magic too
What their future might be.
it definitely doesn’t involve the world getting destroyed or anything
The family -
Who the child’s godparents are.
/SHRUGEMOJI
Do their parents plan on giving them any siblings?
maybe adopted ones
What is the child’s first pet?
my brain said “bunny” and I have no idea why
How do they get along with any extended family members?
/moreshrugemoji, if grima’s not ending the world validar is too much trouble to keep alive, and. i’m just laughing imagining arsene and grima’s relationship
anyway @fatefelled sorry for potentially inaccurate stuff i’m actually really bad with other people’s characters :D))
@fatefelled
“H-Hey, Lucina. I, um, I got you this bouquet! It’s very... purple, but it smells very very nice! I picked out all the flowers myself. And look! There’s a little, um, blue ribbon on it, just like your hair.” He chuckled awkwardly. “I’m bad at this, bringing people places for events, I’m sorry. Anyway, you ready to go dancing?”
((yes hello welcome back to me rambling about the Fell Dragon Grima, on our last episode we talked about how Grima is just a large angry child who looks big but only because they ended up in a few blood pacts against their will and it gave them more power than they could reasonably handle. in dragon years, if you count all their alive years, they are still pretty much really young.
and like most of their relationships have been sort of bad. their dad was a crazy scientist trying to create perfect life and well look at how they turned out dad thanks Forneus. he pretty much drove them crazy giving them his blood and then they probably killed him. then they just had a bunch of zombies as friends, and then some other humans came and killed them, so that didn’t exactly leave a good impression on them for the rest of humanity.
then they were sort of in a spirit-y form since they weren’t exactly dead. but they didn’t have the power to return to a physical form and humans sort of kept invoking them on accident and asking for things and they’d oblige, but get nothing in return and then they were tossed aside. this also did not leave a very good impression on them. finally a human came around that made another blood pact with them, which revived them but in the process made them kind of angrier because that pact was to destroy Ylisse. it also made them bigger so now they’re an even bigger big baby.
AND THEN THEY MEET NAGA))
Swords Round 2: Lon’qu vs Lucina
@thesolitaryblade vs. @fatefelled Coin Toss: Lucina strikes first
“Now this is going to be a showdown for the ages, isn’t it, Chrom? These two have been itching for a re-match.”
“Lon’qu’s lost to her before, and that was back when she was still hiding her gender. Will he do much better this time? He did survive Robin’s... Strategy, but Lucina’s one of the greatest fighters I know. She can’t lose.”
“We just have to try not to be biased. As much as we love Lucina, we are still judges and hosts.”
LUCINA: 6 strike v. NAT 20 DEFENSE
Lucina moves in to begin the battle, and as she lunged forward, Lon’qu immediately counters, sliding his foot inward past her defenses and scoring the first point.
LON’QU: 8 strike v. 6 defense
LUCINA: NAT 20 STRIKE v. 11 defense
As revenge for his early lead, Lucina sets her jaw and charges forward. Lon’qu is taken aback by her quick her advance is, and he has no time to block before Lucina tags a hit on his side.
LON’QU: 14 strike v. 13 defense
LUCINA: 15 strike v. 4 defense
LON’QU: NAT 20 STRIKE v. 17 defense
Lucina attempts to move back for a tactical assessment, but Lon’qu gives her no room. He rushes her, and in a rather Chon’sin fighting style, jabs her twice on her middle, scoring two points in one motion.
“Oh Chrom, they’re both scoring points left and right! This is anyone’s game!”
“Technically speaking, that’s not how you fight with a rapier, Lon’qu. I mean, it’s good enough to get you two points, but you’d want to slice your opponent with the true edge, in a real fight.”
LUCINA: 17 strike v. 19 defense
LON’QU: 15 strike v. 10 defense
LUCINA: 16 strike v. 5 defense
LON’QU: 5 strike v. 13 defense
LON’QU PEONY BONUS: 9 strike v. 8 defense
“Wait, there have been so many points this fight, i need to count them all again... 1... 2... Goodness! Sir Lon’qu has one the fight with a stunning SEVEN points scored!”
“Don’t look so down, Lucina. You fought valiantly, and I’m sure Lon’qu agrees. I’m proud of you.”
LON’QU VICTORY!!!
@fatefelled
She seems to have a bad habit lately of appearing conveniently, but this time it was actually intentional, as she approaches him with the brief call of, “Virlym,” before stopping a few feet away. She can’t help hesitating, clearly wanting to say something, but only really managing a quiet, “You...”
