~~~ Here's Fracassa in a sketch this time and without her big fluffy coat. This time I've somewhat fleshed her out.

Fracassa is the 12th Fatui Harbinger.

She's an electro catalyst with ties to Inazuma.

Her main role as a Fatui Harbinger is often as an auxiliary, supporting her colleagues in multiple ways. Her ways often involve causing disarray and distraction to allow for the Fatui to take advantage of the situation. She also tends to act as protector/escort.

Pantalone and Fracassa maintain a transactional-mutual relationship. She guards his most valuable convoys and he takes her on outings where he pays for lunch/dinner and they go shopping. Is it a date? Does Pantalone secretly enjoy these outings with her? Idk

It isn't that Fracassa cannot afford these things, but more so the gesture. It is her and Pantalone's way of reaffirming their invisible contract with one another. A pledge to continue working together.

There's a difference between 'treating' and 'spoiling'. To Fracassa, she knows Pantalone only spoils when he truly needs her to take a task for him.

Fracassa's name is 'Chie'. She joined the Fatui after causing a scene at a reunion held by her clan. Her bone to pick with the archons is mostly tied to the Raiden Shogun's 'eternity' and an incident involving being struck by a Thunder Sakura. There's more to it, but I'll save it for another day.

(Funny note: I told my friend about my oc and they went 'So, you're telling me they're having a "a consensual workplace relationship" and I screamed)
