i love that some parts of fire emblem are like "hey remember that time Frederick put a commissioned propaganda piece of prince Chrom naked around the Shepherds army camp? that's so silly" and others are like "hey remember when Sigurd got incinerated alive in the home of his murdered friend while his wife and the mother of his child watched and had no memory of him" like isn't that so. ._.
Clive and Fernand's support chain from Sacred Echoes. Functioning somewhat more like a memory prism and unlocked after the game's completion, this reveals the backstory of Clive and Fernand's relationship as we follow its deterioration across several years.
Skeb commission of Yoona and Sylvain by @/ru_gnsn !! I love their art style ❤️
Under the cut is Yoona and Sylvain's supports ! (all paired endings will be in a separate post)

[Sylvain catches Yoona passing by him]
Sylvain: Hey, princess! I've got a question for you!
Yoona: If you are asking me out on a date, my answer is no.
Sylvain: How did you know?!
Yoona: I've only just started attending the academy, but that is all you've ever talked to me about, pabo...
Sylvain: Hey, you used to call me that when we were kids!
Yoona: What? You seriously remember that?
Sylvain: Yeah! I'll admit that I didn't recognize you when you first came to the academy, but then I put two and two together and realized you're the little girl from that beautiful princess family.
Sylvain: I could never forget such beauties in my life...
Yoona: I am surprised you remember me, no one else has... but of course, you remember my older sisters the most!
Sylvain: Don't worry, princess, you've never left my memory. You stuck to us like glue!
Sylvain: You couldn't speak our language, but you'd be running your mouth off anyway! I remember the sweet nickname you gave me back then, 'Bah-Boe'.
Yoona: Pfft! I'm sorry, what else do you remember about me?
Sylvain: I remember your hair used to be black. That's honestly why I didn't recognize you at first.
Yoona: Yeah... Some things happened, and I look like this now.
Sylvain: That's... vague? Don't get me wrong, princess! You looked great with black hair, but now? Wow...
Yoona: P-pabo! Don't say things like that!
Sylvain: I'm only telling the truth. Anyway, as a reward for remembering you, princess, can I take you on a date?
Yoona: Yeah, that's not going to happen.
Sylvain: Oh, so stubborn! Can't blame a guy for trying. I really would love to catch up with you, though.
Yoona: We can do that, at least. I'm actually kind of busy right now, but we can 'catch up' later.
Sylvain: Sounds great! I'll always be free for you, princess, so come see me whenever.
Yoona: Will do! By the way, Sylvain... I really am grateful that you remember me, so thank you. B-bye now!
[Yoona bows to him before running off]
Sylvain: She still runs around like she used to...

Must be seen after 31st of Verdant Rain Moon
[After Miklan dies, Yoona decides to talk to Sylvain and see how he's doing. She knocks on his door, waiting for a response]
Sylvain: Look, if you're another girl wanting to console me, then I'm really not in the mood-
Sylvain: Y-Yoona?
Yoona: Perhaps I should leave, I apologize, Sylvain.
Sylvain: Wait! Don't go! I'm sorry, I thought you were just another girl trying to get crest babies out of me.
Yoona: C-crest babies? I'm just here to see if you are doing alright after everything with your brother.
Sylvain: I appreciate your concern, princess. Means a lot that someone as beautiful as you is worrying about me.
Yoona: Hey, I-I'm trying to be serious right now...
Sylvain: Sorry, princess, you're just fun to tease. But as far as Miklan goes, he wasn't much of a brother. Though, I wouldn't want to see anyone go out the way he did.
Yoona: I get what you mean... I wouldn't want to see my siblings turn into monsters, even if their current actions make them monsters already.
Sylvain: You don't have a good relationship with your siblings either, huh? At least, I'm not alone in that matter.
Yoona: I'm happy that I could help you feel a little better in that sense.
Sylvain: I could still use a little more cheering up, so princess, won't you distract me for a bit? I've tried reading up on Shiyeo, but I'd like to hear things directly from you.
Yoona: I suppose I can try to keep your mind off things. What do you want to know?
Sylvain: I know crests don't really exist there, but is there any equivalent to it in Shiyeo?
Yoona: I will be honest. This whole time I've been in Fódlan, I never really understood what a crest is. I understand that mostly nobles have crests, but somehow, it makes someone stronger?
Sylvain: Wow, you really don't know? Not trying to offend you, princess. I just haven't met many people who don't know about crests.
Yoona: Is that a bad thing?
Sylvain: Not necessarily, but you were right earlier about crests making someone stronger. It can give someone the advantage in battle. In times like these, that's invaluable to people protecting their borders...
Yoona: I see. There's only one person in Shiyeo who is... different from the rest and can help with things like that. They're not very happy with their situation, though...
Yoona: I mean, I am sure they would be unhappy! I wouldn't really know as I am not them, haha...
Sylvain: 'They' must be having a hard time being the only person for so many people.
Yoona: Y-yes, exactly! Anyway, y-you have a crest, right? What is that like for you?
Sylvain: Yeah, I do. Everyone says they want a crest, but they don't know what it's like to be hated for something they never asked for. To be taken advantage of for the hope of having a child that could be the next head of Gautier...
Yoona: That's awful... I think I can relate to you to an extent. Even though I don't have a crest, there's something that makes my price high on the market...
Sylvain: There's something specific with you that makes your price high?
Yoona: I-I mean, I am the youngest princess of Shiyeo! Being sold to someone for the highest price is kind of why I was born.
Yoona: Why do you think I have so many sisters? We're all just cattle being sold to benefit the royal family.
Sylvain: I see... Even without crests, there's always someone being sold for their bloodline anyway...
Sylvain: Hey, princess, thanks for coming to talk to me. I've got some thinking to do so I think I might need some alone time.
Yoona: Of course, Sylvain. If you feel down, feel free to talk to me. I hope things get better.
[Yoona leaves Sylvain's room]
Sylvain: This princess isn't very good at keeping her own secrets...

[It's midnight, and there are thunderstorms outside. Yoona tries sneaking her way outside to a secluded part of the monastery. Sylvain, awake from the thunder, sees her sneaking away]
Sylvain: Now, where is she going?
[Sylvain follows her but stays behind as to not disturb her. Yoona looks around, failing to ensure that she is alone]
Yoona: I hope I can do it this time...
[Yoona dances in the storm, timing her movements with lightning's strikes. The thunder is the perfect drums for her performance. The lightning flashes in the sky, emanating her surroundings ever so often]
Sylvain: Wow...
[Yoona continues to dance but suddenly slips to the ground. She falls onto her knees and chin. Sylvain sees her injuries and rushes over]
Yoona: Ouch... That's not good..
Sylvain: Princess! Are you okay?
Yoona: S-Sylvain?! W-w-what are y-you doing here?!
Sylvain: That's not important right now! Come on, let me help you back to your room...
[Sylvain carries Yoona back to her dorm room, helping her to her desk chair]
Yoona: You didn't need to carry me... I would have been fine on my own...
Sylvain: You're bleeding from your chin and both your knees! You're also freezing! What were you doing out there so late at night?
Yoona: I was just practicing my dancing...
Sylvain: In the middle of the rain?
Yoona: Look, I don't need you to scold me right now. It's just a lot to talk about...
Sylvain: I know I haven't had the chance to really talk to you since we all reunited, but it's been over 5 years since we've seen each other, princess. It'd be nice to hear your voice.
Yoona: I-I suppose I can try to explain if you want to hear my voice so badly. You know how my mother is a commoner?
Yoona: Well, she comes from a once secluded tribe that was deeply connected to the Yeo-Sin. Drum dancing is a tradition of ours.
Sylvain: But what does that have to do with dancing outside in dangerous weather?
Yoona: I'm not sure if someone from Fódlan would be able to understand our beliefs, but being one with nature is how we stay in touch with our goddess. My mother's tribe believed that dancing while using nature as music was a way of communicating with the Yeo-Sin.
Sylvain: Shiyeon culture is so interesting...
Sylvain: Your dancing was truly beautiful. Even if I didn't understand it at first, I knew it was something special.
Yoona: P-pabo, I wasn't that good. I shouldn't have fallen down.
Sylvain: It really was that good, though, princess. I've never seen anything like that in my life. Please try not to hurt yourself again, though.
Yoona: Practicing is the only way to ensure I don't get hurt in the future. I can't promise I'll be perfect anytime soon.
Sylvain: I guess I'll have to keep an eye on you so I can rush in and help you if you do fall then. Maybe you'll even fall for me.
Yoona: I'm not going to be able to practice if I know someone's watching! Interrupting my practice time is going to do the opposite of me falling for you!
Sylvain: Hahaha! You're hilarious, princess! I won't bother with your practice time.

[Sylvain watches Yoona from afar once again as she dances in the thunderstorms. As the dance comes to its climax, she ends it by kneeling into a prayer like stance and staying still for a while. She stands up but stumbles over]
Sylvain: Princess!
[Sylvain runs over and catches Yoona before she falls, helping her stand up]
Yoona: S-Sylvain? Were you watching me again?
Sylvain: I knew you would be out here when I heard the thunder, princess. I had to make sure you weren't going to fall again, like you almost just did.
Yoona: I just feel a little lightheaded after talking to her... Can you help me out of the rain again?
Sylvain: Anything for you, princess.
[Sylvain helps Yoona to the Blue Lions classroom for coverage from the rain]
Sylvain: You said you were talking to 'her', were you praying to your Yeo-Sin?
Yoona: Yes, in a way... I was asking her for advice for something that's been troubling me.
Sylvain: Something's been troubling you? You know I would do anything to help you, princess.
Yoona: I'm sure you would, but I don't think this is something you could help me with... You see, I received a marriage proposal recently that my father is keen on me accepting.
Sylvain: A-are you serious?! We're out in the middle of a war. You're not going to accept it, are you?
Yoona: I don't want to, but the royal family has been losing more and more funds recently. The Emperor has been... losing control of the palace. He wants me to marry this count from Sreng, who offered a large dowry to us. He hopes it'll help him regain control.
Sylvain: He's just a count, and he's from Sreng, too?! I know you're a princess, and you have responsibilities, but I don't think I can let you see this through.
Yoona: Hey! I don't want to do this either! But as soon as the war is over and I set foot back in Shiyeo, I'm being whisked away into marriage...
Sylvain: Then don't go back. Stay here, princess.
Yoona: Pabo, what am I going to tell Emperor Han? That I'm never coming back home? Imagine what he'd do to my mother...
Sylvain: You're right, that's no good. Hmm... A margrave would be able to offer a larger dowry.
Yoona: I'm sure a margrave could offer more, but the problem would remain the same. It would still be someone I don't even know...
Sylvain: But what if it's a margrave you do know? Or, I should say 'will know'.
Yoona: W-what? What are you trying to say, Sylvain?
Sylvain: I'm sure you know what I'm implying, princess. Wouldn't you agree that a margrave is better than a count?
As of today, it actually is! The other day, I finally published my first work on AO3. It's the first chapter of Leopold, Unrivaled General: a collection of fanmade Supports centered around Leopold von Bergliez (aka Caspar's dad).
I hope you enjoy! If you do, please consider reblogging and leaving a comment.
(learn more under the cut)
If you know me from other places, you may know that Leopold has become one of my greatest obsessions, up there with Riku Doldo III and Elizabello II from One Piece, and yes, even Alois from Fire Emblem.
Alois x Leopold is actually my OTP: it is a pairing I think about daily, and one I am writing a rather long multi-chapter fic about. However, this is a project that revolves exclusively around Leopold, and Alois will only be featured in his own chapter.
You may be wondering how I plan to write Supports on a character that gets so little exploration in the actual games: the answer is, of course, headcanon! This is really what the project is all about.
I call it a reverse character study: instead of breaking down a popular character, I've added a lot of depth to someone who isn't explored much in canon. Each conversation will show you a different side of Leopold: hopefully you'll be charmed!
So, I want to complete everyone support chains from C to A, and I'm well-aware that the characters will get paired endings based on support rank, but how do I determine the ending I want?
Ex. I want Sylvain and Ingrid to have a paired ending, but I also want to complete Sylvain's other A-supports. Do I just have him only A-support with Ingrid, or do I unlock his other A-Supports and keep him interacting with Ingrid as much as possible (activities, battlefield proximity, etc.)?
I've seen multiple people ask this same question on other sites. A similar one would be that I want Mercedes to have her marriage ending with Dedue, but I don't want to lock out her other supports all just to make sure she and Dedue get together.
The next support I want to talk about is F!Byleth and Felix from FE Three Houses!
This is one of my favorite Byleth ships because I think they get along so well, with their interests in sparring and training together.
Their epilogue endings are all so good, regardless of route. My favorite is their Azure Moon ending:
"Byleth married Felix, who had become Duke Fraldarius, shortly after she was named to succeed Rhea as archbishop. Felix focused his efforts on restoring his territory and the Kingdom and became the archbishop's closest confidant, both privately and officially. They often spent a lot of time apart, but whenever they reunited, they had a tradition of crossing blades before crossing words. Attendants remarked that the smiles they wore on their faces during these bouts were never seen elsewhere."
I think every student should have a support line with at least two house leaders cuz I really enjoyed the Ingrid and Claude, Marianne and Dimitri and Lysithea and Edelgard support lines.
I'd love to see a Bernadetta and Dimitri support line or a Felix and Claude one, I think it would really add a lot to the game and house leaders
