how would you succeed on a fully f2p account in feh? I just find that I struggle too much on my f2p but I like playing..

• Spend your orbs wisely. Best way to spend them is on Legendary/Mythic banners or on banners like Hero Fest, CYL, or just otherwise very good banners. That isn’t to say you can’t spend orbs elsewhere but basically, don’t spend on every single new banner. This is a matter of having good self-control and saving more than you spend.

• Dragons are your best friends. Dragons like Adult Tiki, Fae, F!Corrin/Nowi will be very helpful as they aren’t incredibly difficult to acquire and can get inheritable DC weapons. (the difference between Corrin and Nowi fully merged is mostly a matter of attack, speed, and res. Corrin is faster and has good defense but doesn’t have a great res or attack stat. Nowi is slower but has good mixed bulk and attack.)

• Try to build and use all the F2P units (TT/BHB/etc) that you can because free units are always useful on a F2P account. Unless you absolutely have no use for them, of course. But it really is useful to have them for modes like Arena Assault. (Especially when a good number of F2P units are support units.)

•  Also, try to not stress too much about not having a super high arena/AR score or not being top tier. Yes, aim for as high a score/tier as you can get, but if you simply can’t get up beyond a certain point, don’t beat yourself up for it. For a while, you might not get past a certain tier and that’s fine. Just work on your arena/AR core teams and you’ll get there!

just out of curiosity, would you recommend triple brazen celica or fury with double brazen?

i mean if you’re running desperation, then fury is the clear winner. but what else would you run with her tbh.

triple brazen is more powerful (if you can set it up) and can work if you have some other way to get her HP down. for example, if you’re running her with fallen berkut, he can get her into desperation range without her relying on combat. however, until similar units are released, this isn’t an option for everyone.

tldr; most likely run her with fury unless you run her on a team with fallen berkut

hi there!! so i’m wondering what the best units to build from the heroic grails would be since they can get merges now. Or if it would be best as a f2p play to use the units as fodder instead?

Really depends on what you need, and I definitely suggest using them to build new units as some of the f2p units are actually pretty dang good.

Personally, what I would suggest is building perhaps a LA! Eliwood, Groom Marth, Arvis, and Masked Marth (Lucina) as they all have versatile build options and can work as good combat units and/or support units. I still use my Arvis a lot as he works well with his base kit and can work with a simple fury in the A slot and then another ploy in his seal if you’d like. Only thing is with Masked Marth, you’ll need to give her skills but it’s basically a free neutral Lucina and you can make several different types of builds for her.

hi!! um, i'm a new player and i just wanted to know who i should start training first... legendary ike, or fjorm? thanks!!

Why not both? They’re both amazing and are used constantly in guides to clear story content. But I would start with Fjorm, she’s got an amazing basekit and honestly everything in it works great for her. Ike on the other hand would appreciate a bit of skill inheritance, specifically Quick Riposte on his B slot

i have a quick question about sharena.. would it be a good idea to put double speed/def bond on her from Ethlyn? or should i give her a different bond skill like attack/def?? i have been holding off for a while, i thought i'd ask someone else for advice.

I have seen people do this a lot, actually. It’s a pretty good idea! I would definitely give her double speed/def bond as she needs the speed to secure more matchups. The attack would be nice, but considering it comes from Fjorm or Summer Tiki, that’s very premium and as I said before, she needs the speed. 

Base speed of 32 is not awful, but with the double speed/def bond, you can push it up to 42 speed and her def up to 39. Giving her Bonfire or Ignis is a good idea and can make up for her attack being only so-so. Depending on if you’re also running her with buffs (even without, 42 speed with the bonds would be nothing to scoff at), you could even give her the flashing blade seal if you wanted to. Otherwise, I would give her a simple speed +3 seal that way she has base 35 speed and then 45 when the bonds are in effect.
