Notes from a Hiring Manager

Synopsis on my interview (notes below): Very young sounding, very inexperienced, very casual. I liked him though. I think he would be good in support or maybe sales.

Notes: Talked about student life quite a bit (experiences are very limited) Learned communication skills from special needs child - Used those skills in last job - He presents a positive spin, gives options Just said "fer sher” Just said "superrr upset"

Good at relating stories to generalizations he says - Stories are pretty basic though (limited professional experiences) - Dealing with n00bs who are free to come to his shop midday, and not businesses or C-level folks

**I just discovered that he doesn't know what he's interviewing for**

re: our company - "Sounds like good opportunity" - Likes small companies - Likes "organic" nature of business and growth

15 second elevator pitch: People like working with him (staff and customers)
