Mimble is talented at all aspects of weaving, including embroidery, tapestry and even making soft toys. Whilst he is prevented from singing by his companions, as it is famously very bad, he can play a range of musical instruments surprisingly well. He is also talented at poetry and rhetoric - he would claim to be a talented crafter of jokes, but this is very much up for debate.

As well as basic items, such as armour plates, tools and utensils, Humble enjoys adding his own artistic touches to weapons and other items. He is surprisingly good at fine work, such as gold or silver filigree, and can create delicate jewellery and clockwork devices with his thick fingers that have astonished those who would otherwise have dismissed him as a rough smithy. He is also rather good at decorative woodcarving and has made not only ornate furniture, but also a diverse range of pull-along children's toys.
