Finally took my newly-obtained Wilson Staff FG-17 Tour Blade irons to the range the other day and I see what everyone meant when they said they were incredibly unforgiving. Shots feel like hitting steel balls and go almost nowhere unless you hit the tiny sweet spot, but wow do they feel amazing when you do hit it. Going to keep at it to force my ball striking to get better. I also finally picked some clubs to pull out to get back down to 14 in the bag. I liked my KZG CH-1 driving iron, but I like what I can do with my woods more. I also stopped clinging to the nostalgic and ambitious idea of hitting long irons and pulled the 2 and 3 irons out since I couldn't hit them reliably. I've settled on carrying these clubs for now, though I'm not 100% satisfied with my wedges. A new sand wedge is probably at the top of the list. * TEC+ Driver * Callaway X 3 Wood * Pro Formula 4 Tour Series 5 Wood * Wilson Staff FG-17 Tour Blade Irons 4-PW * Titleist Vokey BV 52-08 Wedge * Wilson Sand Wedge * Carbite 6006 Tour Insert Lob Wedge * Pinemeadow PGX Putter
