May allergy ako ngayon sa left neck ko to my upper breast. Meron din sa right hand ko then left arm. 😭 Stress. Less water. Less sleep. Sunny days. Nag stop din ako magswimming muna kasi meron ngang ganito. Gusto ko lumabas labas kaso maiinitan ako so every hapon na lang labas ko. Ang dami ko gusto gawin bago sumakay! This is Theo, now almost 3 years old. He has now been on the AR for 2 years!! He is such a lovely wee boy that lives life with great gusto, nothing holds him back and he is pretty much unaware of his eczema. He developed severe eczema at 3 months and by 5 months old he was being wet wrapped twice daily. It was so hard on a little baby to stay still for all that time while I put the the layers of creams on and then the bandages. The itch for him was awful. We finally heard about Dr Aron through the Telegraph article that my Uncle sent up. And at 11 months old he started the AR. His skin has been so stable for well over a year. He has a couple of spots on his side that pop up every now and then so I apply a tiny dab of compound on them once a week, and he has a couple of tricky fingers but that's pretty much it. 7. Considering it’s the middle of winter his skin seems to be stable. He now only has a spot treatment once a week, mainly on the top of his back and a tiny bits on his sides, and the rest of his body only moisturiser. He has 2 fingers that can flare quite quickly but with wraps I seem to be keeping them under control, when needed. He is doing brilliantly and I can’t wait for Spring to arrive!! 6. One year with Dr Aron
It’s now been one year with Dr Aron! My little boy is just living a very normal life, he is healthy and happy. We use the cream only for maintenance now, so 1 application per week all over, and 2 x weekly for a couple of spots. It’s a tiny amount, less than 1.5 grams of steroid per week.
Is he cured?: No, this is not a cure. Could he go into remission: There is every possibility, but even if he didn’t and this is what he needs for the rest of his life then I am happy with that.
I would encourage any parent or adult struggling with eczema to give the Aron Regime a go, it really is life changing.

A little bit about Dr Aron and his treatment of atopic eczema:
He has been a Dermatologist for 40 years. Since 2008 he has been offering online consultation and has now treated in that period over 6,ooo patients all over the world.
He believes “that the single most important factor causing the inflammation in Atopic Eczema and contributing to flares is the presence of bacterial infection (Staphylococcus Aureus) in a large percentage of cases.”
What he prescribes is a simple mix of steroid and antibiotic cream heavily diluted in an emollient.
