Final Week

So as I enter my final week leading to my competition this Saturday I am seeing amazing results daily. My body looks leaner, but not so lean I am in bikini after all. Muscles coming out due to the lack of water/fat covering them. Getting nails done tonight, Tan Friday night, Suit came in. With all this though let me tell you it is hard, and its the challenge that makes it exciting.

My calories have been cut, my water intake is high so I can cut later in the week, workouts are harder due to my lack of energy, and it is just an expensive thing (tanning provided by the contest- $110, suit $170, nutrition plan $175, supplements, food, etc)… And did I mention posing practice sucks, I mean have you ever tried strutting around in stripper heels keeping your muscles flexed?
