A Life Long Student, for Life Indeed
Reminiscing today, I smile fondly as I think of all the learning I have done in the admittedly short nineteen years of growth I have endured and will surely continue to pick up along the way-- and I cringe inwardly at the not so fond memories as well: proverbial scraped knees, times of illness, letdown, of jagged holes left by heartbreak and loss, my mess-ups, moments of embarrassment, and the not-so-proud moments of meekness when I either did not or could not find my own inner voice-- however, I shan't take a single moment for granted, since all of these collectively continue to shape my person on the pilgrimage of life; for all of this endured I am grateful to be a lifelong learner, a student of the world.
