12. things you said when you thought i was asleep

send me a ship and one of these and i’ll write a mini fic

the wind was rustling the window shutters when the moon was rising up high above daegu. taehyung and yoongi were save from the cold weather, wrapped up in a baby blue blanket. taehyung nuzzled as close as yoongi had let him before he closed his eyes and whispered a soft ‘good night, hyung’.

for some reason though, taehyung couldn’t seem to fall asleep. listening to the rustling and the steady breathing of yoongi, he thought about huge galaxies inside of a small cup of tea, and even bigger ones out of this small cup of tea filled with his thoughts.

he kept thinking about these beautiful green and blue galaxies and how this small cup of tea spilled all of his thoughts on a wooden table, when yoongi turned on his side. 

taehyung’s eyes were close, he breathed steadily and the blanket covered half of his face. probably the most calm, yoongi will ever see him. especially when around the older, he turned even bubblier than usual. 

taehyung couldn’t see the small smile on yoongi’s face, but he could hear it in his raspy voice. “hey taehyung,” the younger knew that he didn’t actually adress him, because his voice was way softer than usual, just like a small secret on the tip of his tongue. 

“sometimes you are really annoying,” taehyung was ready to kick him under the sheets, “but that’s okay.. i think i still like you.” 

taehyung was fourteen at that time, wrapped up in a baby blue blanket. he ways lying right next to yoongi, a sixteen years old boy who always had his guard up like a wall covered in dozens of daisies. daisies, only taehyung was allowed to pick every now and then.
