     padding along behind the boy had quickly become a part of pikachu’s daily routine. as far as he could tell, he had no pokémon of his own, and that was DANGEROUS. wild pokémon didn’t care who you were, they would attack without question.

     and pikachu didn’t want him to get HURT if he could help it.

     he rushed forward to walk beside him, peaking his head up to look at his self––––proclaimed CHARGE. wasn’t it time for a break?

     “ pika? ”

          “----- What the heck kinda POKEMON are you?” Brows raise in surprise upon inspection, watching the winged being circle CURIOUSLY around him. Sure, there were some Pokemon that had human characteristics, but THIS ONE looked too on-the-nose. Kinda creepy, honestly... but hey, a Pokemon was a Pokemon! Time for research!

          “Okay, lil’ guy-- let’s see what I got in here...” Digits scrounge through back pocket, searching for... AH! There we go! A small treat shows itself caught between his index finger and thumb, shown for the ‘POKEMON’ to inspect. “Look at that! You hungry?”
