Roads are super icy so I was not driving to the gym. Decided to do Extreme Circuit in the livingroom and OOF I forgot the strength it took! My shoulders and arms were burning up in just 5 minutes, but it was awesome! Last time we did Core Speed it was tough because our bodies were lagging. This time our bodies were moving so we tried harder thus STILL making it tough on is!
