Frühstück: Haferflocken mit 1 gekochten Apfel, 1 gekochten Möhre, paar Tk-Beeren, Zimt, Kurkuma und paar Kerne
Mittags: 1/2 Honigmelone; 4 Reisknäcke mit 1/2 kleinen Avocado und 1 Tomate, etwas Kräutersalz
Snack: 1 Apfel und 1 kleines Stück Marzipanstollen vegan
Dinner: 1 Kaki; 1 Mehrkornwrap mit 1/2 kleinen Avocado, Erdnusscreme, Pflaumenmus
Sunday meal prep! Had a lot of fun today because I experimented with three new recipes from @healthfulpursuit. I also made a few of my staples for meal prep. 💥 Jalapeño popper filling: Brown 1 lb Italian sausage. Add to 8 oz cream cheese, mix together. 💥 Jalapeño poppers: slice and take out jalapeño seeds. Place mixture evenly on jalapeños. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 400F until cheese is melted and jalapeños appear softened. I don't have an exact time. 💥 Meatballs: Place thawed ground beef in a large bowl, add 3 eggs, and approximately 50g crushed pork rinds. Season with favorite seasonings. Mix together and form 1 inch balls. Bake 400F.
