WHAT DO YOU MEAN MY CHARACTERS CAN’T BE AMPUTEES IN ROCKBAND 2?!
A former Los Angeles garbage collector convicted in the so-called Grim Sleeper slayings that spanned more than two decades was sentenced to death on Wednesday, capping a lengthy case that centered on the gruesome deaths of more than a dozen women in South L.A.
Frijoles and beans aren't the same thing!

Very interesting points. I’ve been saying the same stuff about the comic book code of authority for yeras (along with many better spokespeople).
Ink and hate
Evidently there is a new page on Facebook called "If you have tattoos, that makes you a horrible mother" or something like that. I looked at that and thought, who the fuck do you think you are? You have no idea what kind of mother any woman is without seeing them with their children, seeing the sacrifices that these women make for their children. There are mothers who have no tattoos and are barely worthy of the title "mother" and there are women who are covered in tattoos that are the most loving and devoted mothers a child could ever want or need. They teach their children respect, kindness, and tolerance. They raise their children to be wonderful members of society and the kind of people that we NEED to run everything when we have grown too old. The ink on their bodies has nothing to do with their ability or inability to parent their children.
I guess that mostly I don't understand the mentality that would go toward making a group like that. The hatred so deep for another person, someone that you've never met and probably will never meet; a person who will never influence your daily life in any way whatsoever, but you felt the need to make a public page on Facebook proclaiming to the world how every mother with a tattoo is a terrible human being and their children are destined to grow up addicted to drugs and lost in the criminal justice system. What kind of mother are you that you would teach your own children such hate and animosity to another person based on the choices they have made with their own bodies? What message does that send to and about our society that this page has thousands of followers?
I have a tattoo and I fully intend to get more. That design on my hip has absolutely nothing to do with what kind of mother I am to my children. I have a cousin with several tattoos, most of them visible, and she is one of the most caring and devoted mothers I've ever had the pleasure to be around. The ability to be a parent is mutually exclusive of the decision to permanently adorn your body with something meaningful and personal. This is yet another example of people teaching hate and judgment to their children from a very early age. Raising them to be hateful to others based on their appearance, lifestyles and choices. I hate that this is the world we live in. The voices of those speaking against such hate are far too often lost in the shuffle of self importance.
