I suffocate for thin people

Maybe this is just me, but I doubt it.

I get out-of-breath easily. And I am hyper-aware of my heavy breathing. If there is even a possibility of it falling on fatphobic ears, I force myself to breath the bare minimum of shallow breaths so that I won't pass out, in order to make as little noise as possible.

I wish I could just fucking breath the air my body needs.

I realised a little while ago that I always hold my breath when I go upstairs and when I run/walk faster than I'm comfortable. I don't know were it came from but I usually pretend to yawn to catch my breath.

That’s interesting.  I’ll have to pay attention to see if I also do that.  If it’s prolonged activity, I definitely start breathing deep before I’m done.  But this made me curious about short stints, lol.

what i do is at the top of the stairs cough or yawn to try to hide the fact that im a little winded... and oh man being winded+having a stuffy nose/not being able to breathe through your nose is torture

Ah, I’m glad that works for you. :)  If I’m winded, it’s generally gonna last for a couple minutes, so it’s pretty hellish making it last longer because of the not breathing enough to eventually calm down or be alone.

I get that too. I normally hide somewhere to try and catch my breath before going to where there is people

Yup, I will usually duck out into a bathroom, if it’s feasible.

We surpassed the 1000 followers!!!

When we, Mods C and G, created this blog, we could only hope it would resonate so much with so many people. It did and it makes us so proud of what it has become! Especially after the addition of Mod V who took the blog to an extent that it could really reach so many of you.
