@fourcrowns: it depends on your hair type in general, but coconut is a really good place to start. if thats not enough, you could look at the other / more expensive options. my hair is mad frizzy and unruly, and it does the trick for me as long as i go overnight. i do it 2 times a week! but weigh your options first!

@fourcrowns: i can second coconut oil! you can get it really cheap. i rec getting a comb to apply it with so you get every strand, and then keeping it on overnight in a haircap. also, to avoid friz overnight, swap cotton pillow cases for silk ones ( though thats a bit expensive )
