Tour de France 1914, Francois Faber, Henri Pelissier, and Philippe Thys tackle the Col d'Allos in the final Tour before the First World War.
The Tour ended with victory for Thys on 26 July 1914. One week later, on 3 August, Germany declared war on France. The Tour did not resume until 1919.
