Ugh watching the Tulo Blue Jays Debut game is giving me SO MANY FEELINGS. 

Making the first out of the game. 

Driving in the first runs of the game with a BEAUTIFUL 2nd deck dinger. It’s all A LOT before even factoring in the rest of the 2015 Blue Jays 

Also Freddy Galvis was in this game and Buck was having no problem pronouncing it correctly so why when he game to the Jays did he insist on calling him Gal-veez for the first couple weeks?!

Blue Jays' Galvis switches jersey number to respect Jose Bautista - Sportsnet.ca

Toronto Blue Jays shortstop Freddy Galvis changed jersey numbers from 19 to 16 out of respect for Jose Bautista.

Freddy Galvis showed up in camp wearing #19 a few days ago, and I figured the number was just randomly assigned to him because yeah, it’s available, and I was sad but could live with it.

But it turns out he’d picked it for himself, after Marco Scutaro... then realized it was Bautista’s number and immediately decided to change it and I’m just over here in a puddle of tears
