Your propaganda might be working a little too well 🙄/lh but skater boy Kobra is definitely very underrated can't deny that.
And small simpler drawings are great, such a wonderful way to test and come up with cooler and cooler ideas and they have a great feel to them too. But also like, pretty and intricate designs :eyes: if you know what I mean
Well anyway do you have some ideas for what is painted on their skateboard? (for research purposes obviously)

Yeah, large intricate designs fuck, you got me there. Guess it's all up to preference in the end because like. I enjoy adding stuff along the way and writing with sharpies on the sole trim thing of my canvas shoes and writing on the spines of sketchbooks and stuff. Doing large pieces takes time and it's p intimidating to me tbh.
The skateboard at the Diner is a yellow to red gradient though the red part is painted over with brown to create a desert sunset almost, with white paint splatters at the top, over the sky, and red, green and dark blue splatters at the bottom, over the ground. There's a North star (like the ones on compasses, though only shape-wise) slightly above the middle with the words "Stay shiny/ Burn bright" written in Sharpie over it in such a way that no matter how you hold the board, if it's oriented vertically you can read any one message (i.e. when one is right side up the other is upside down and vice-versa).
If Kobra had a skateboard for themself though it'd probably be plain crimson with a white decal of twin corn snakes coiled around each other, making a cricle with a small bunch of peonies as seen from above in the middle
