Bells: The Hidden Powers of Sound and Frequency. 🤔
A blind woman has developed this auditory gift that allows her through practice to listen to the frequencies perfectly.
many people describe the void as this dark calming state of pure awareness where you feel absolutely nothing.
while that is true, the void is also the period of time where you feel distant from your relationships. the period where you feel lost. the period when you’re questioning absolutely everything and you want to run back to what feels familiar, your old frequency.
this in between state of not knowing wtf is going on is PIVOTAL. this is the threshold of the quantum leap. stay in the new frequency. your new identity. solidify it and don’t run back. this is your reality recalibrating to your new identity.
how can you apply this to shifting ? simple. STOP. CHECKING. THE 3D.
and i don’t mean to yell at you as i struggled as well, but its genuinely that easyyy. make new stories to explain why you still see reality the same way if you cant get over the “why”.
“well ni, if i was in my DR why do i still see my CR room” baby this is a rental home. “okay well why do i still see my CR self in the mirror ?” the mirror simply is outdated, it doesn’t reflect what you know to be true just yet.
you have to persist in your new frequency because the field doesn’t respond to action, it responds to feeling.
you can do all the rituals and methods you’d like, but if you’re still living the old story, reaffirming the old frequency, the field will constantly reflect that.
The Science of Manifestation
Manifestation and the law of attraction (along with other universal laws) are often associated with spirituality and mysticism, which isn’t incorrect. However, recent discoveries have revealed potential links between these concepts and scientific principles—specifically, the realm of quantum physics.
"Quantum physics is the study of matter and energy at the smallest scales, like atoms and subatomic particles."
in this post, we’ll explore more how manifestation is connected to science, the role of frequencies, and practical steps to manifest your desires.
(Here, I’ve already discussed frequencies and vibrations, [a reeealy old post] and you can find a list of frequencies that may be helpful to you.)
The Science Behind Manifestation
The core idea is that everything in the universe operates at a frequency, including sound, light, and even emotions. Quantum physics explains that humans can only perceive a fraction of the existing frequencies, as our senses are limited to a specific range. Manifestation, therefore, involves tapping into the non-physical frequencies that lie beyond our natural perception.
Higher frequencies represent higher dimensions that cannot be observed directly but can be accessed through specific practices, such as visualization or meditation. This concept forms the basis for the scientific explanation of how manifestation works. By aligning your emotions and thoughts to the desired frequency, you create a bridge between your current reality and the reality you wish to manifest.
Understanding Emotional Frequencies and Multiple Realities
Our emotions operate within a specific frequency range. However, there are higher frequencies, such as the intuitive "sixth sense," that go beyond what our physical senses can detect. Manifestation involves aligning with these higher frequencies.
The concept of multiple realities further enhances this understanding. Think of it as tuning into a radio channel: each reality exists on a different frequency, and by aligning your emotions and thoughts to a specific channel, you can "tune in" to your desired reality. In this sense, every thought and emotion is a step toward creating a new version of reality within your mind.
Practical Steps to Manifestation
1. Express Your Desire
The first step to manifesting is expressing your desire clearly. Tell the universe which reality you want to tune into. This can be done through visualization or scripting—a powerful technique where you write down your desires while fully immersing yourself in the emotions of having already achieved them.
2. Detachment from Current Circumstances
Detachment doesn’t mean giving up on your desire; instead, it means not letting your current circumstances dictate your emotions. By focusing on your desired reality and generating the emotions as if it’s already true, you align with the frequency of your manifestation.
3. Align Your Feelings
Consistently align your feelings with the reality you want to manifest. Avoid putting your desires on a pedestal, as this creates a sense of lack. Instead, cultivate a deep conviction that your desired reality is already on its way.
4. Use Others as Inspiration
When you see others who have achieved what you desire, use their success as motivation. Jealousy or demotivation lowers your frequency, while inspiration lifts it. This mindset keeps you tuned into the positive energy of your manifestation.
Applying Manifestation in Daily Life
The key to successful manifestation is consistency and belief. Treat your mind like a radio: you have the power to tune into any frequency you desire. By focusing on positive emotions and maintaining a belief in your ability to shape your reality, you can manifest anything into your life.
Embrace the science behind manifestation and start experimenting with these techniques today. The power to create your desired reality lies within you, waiting to be unlocked through intentional alignment and focused energy.
Sound In Magick
Sound has been used in magick and ritual practices across nearly every spiritual and mystical tradition, because it is one of the most primordial forces—vibrating through all levels of existence. In magick, sound is more than just a sensory experience; it is a tool of transformation, manifestation, and alignment.
The Foundational Principle: Vibration
In Hermeticism (especially the Kybalion), one of the fundamental laws is:
“All is vibration.”
Sound is vibratory energy, and when directed with intention, it can shift consciousness, environments, and outcomes.
Types Of Sound In Magick
Voice (Chanting, Speaking, Whispering):
• Chanting (mantras, divine names, affirmations)- Repetition of sacred phrases raises energy and focuses intent. Often used in Wicca, ceremonial magick, and Eastern traditions. Examples include “So mote it be,” “Om,” “Eh-heh-yay,” etc.
• Spoken Words / Enchantments- Words of power are believed to shape reality. The act of naming or commanding (e.g., “I banish thee…”) holds deep magical authority. In chaos magick, sigils are activated with spoken intent.
• Whispers or Breath Magick- Used in folk magick for secrecy or stealth (e.g., whispering into herbs or charms). Breath combined with spoken words transfers life force (prana, chi) into the object.
Musical Instruments (Drums, Bells, Bowls, Rattles):
• Drums- Used in shamanic and tribal traditions to induce trance states or call spirits. Beat mimics the heartbeat of the Earth—steady rhythm grounds and aligns.
• Bells- Clear stagnant energy and banish negativity. Used in ritual openings or closings. In some traditions, they “wake up” spirits or deities.
• Singing Bowls / Gongs- Create harmonic frequencies that balance chakras or sacred spaces. Used for healing, meditation, and raising vibrational resonance.
• Rattles- Shake up and move energy, break energetic blocks. Often used in indigenous or animistic practices.
Tones and Frequencies:
• Solfeggio Frequencies- Specific tones thought to heal, cleanse, and activate different aspects of being. Examples: 396 Hz (liberation from fear), 528 Hz (DNA repair, love).
• Binaural Beats- Used in modern magick to alter consciousness—help induce theta (trance) or gamma (mystic unity) brain states. Often paired with visualization or journeying practices.
• Harmonics and Drones- Used in eastern tantra and western esotericism to induce deep trance or inner stillness. Drones dissolve linear time, anchoring the mind in timeless space.
Music:
• Ritual Music- Custom compositions or ambient tracks are used to build atmosphere, open portals, and align energy with specific deities, elements, or spirits. Often employed in Wicca, ceremonial magick, and Thelemic rites.
• Personal Power Songs- In shamanic traditions, practitioners discover or craft a song that embodies their spirit or their intent. These are used in healing, travel, or battle.
Elemental Correspondences:
• Air- Whistling, flute
• Fire- Drums, crackling sounds
• Water- Singing, flowing melodies
• Earth- Deep tones, stomps, didgeridoo
Sound As A Magickal Tool
• Raising Power- Chanting or drumming raises a group’s energy (in coven or circle work) before directing it toward a spell’s goal.
• Trance and Meditation- Monotone chanting or rhythmic music slows the brainwaves and opens the door to altered states—critical for astral projection, pathworking, or deep magick.
• Clearing and Consecration- A bell, tone, or clap of sound can banish negative entities or cleanse tools, rooms, or auras.
• Invocation and Evocation- Sound acts as a call or signal—vocal invocation draws spirits, gods, or forces; sound shapes the subtle energy that forms the bridge between realms.
• Creation of Sigils and Talismans- Whispering intent or chanting during the crafting of a sigil or talisman imbues it with life—turning symbol into spell.
Cultural Examples
• Vedic Hinduism: The universe is created through sound (Shabda)—Om being the primal sound.
• Kabbalah: Hebrew letters are said to carry vibrational power. Vocalizing them in rituals opens specific spiritual pathways.
• Druidry: Bardic traditions hold that song and poetry are magickal acts that can influence minds, nature, and spirit.
• Voodoo / Afro-Caribbean Traditions: Drumming and song are essential to call the Loa or Orishas.
Sound Magick In Practice (Examples)
• Chakra Alignment with Vocal Toning- Toning “LAM,” “VAM,” “RAM,” etc., to align each chakra during ritual.
• Bell & Candle Banishing- Ring a bell three times around a space while intoning a banishing phrase.
• Trance Drumming- 4–7 beats per second drum rhythm to induce a shamanic state and journey to the Lower or Upper World.
• Mantra Spellwork- Repeating a deity’s name or power word (e.g., “Brigid,” “Awen,” “Lux”) while visualizing your intent.
Sound in magick is not just decoration—it is a primary force of will and manifestation. It bridges the seen and unseen, the body and spirit, intention and outcome. Whether through ancient chants, primal drumbeats, sacred names, or crafted harmonics, sound moves energy, and with it, the world.
