第一次做越式春卷(Vietnamese fried spring rolls)，还算顺利，卷起来也简单，原来还以为很难。蘸料的配料也蛮简单，鱼露(Fish sauce)三汤匙，青柠汁(Lime juice)100ml ，白糖(Sugar)半杯，其余则放少许米醋、蒜米、碎红椒粒。 吃法也与中国不一样，按在广州大头虾越式餐厅的吃法，是用生菜包着春卷、薄荷叶、酸萝卜然后卷起来，蘸着蘸料吃，非常的解春卷的油腻而且很开胃，这也是我每次去大头虾必点这道前菜的原因。

Customers get to choose their type of Noodle (Ramen/Hongkong Noodle/ Hongkong Bihon/ Sotanghan), Soup Base (Double Boiled Pork Bone/ Szechuan Spicy Soup) and Choose 3 Toppings from the selection(Gindara Tofu, Sea Urchin Bun, Squid Ball, Crab Sticks, Fried Squid Cake, Cheese Fish Bun, Mushroom Ball, Braised Pig Knuckle, Asado, Beef Brisket Tendon, HK Beef Ball and HK Curry Fish Ball) and it comes automatically with Soy Egg, Best Asado Bun and Choi Garden House Blend Ice Tea. Majority of the ingredients were imported in Hong Kong to maintain the quality taste.

And the finished product? Its a giant sized bowl that would be good for sharing for 2 people..

  This is served with a glass of Iced Tea and the best tasting Asado Best Bun that I have tasted at the most affordable price.

Sweet and Sour Pork.., which is crispy on the outside.. and juicy in the inside..

Here is another specialty that they have… Roasted Chicken…. Trust me.. the skin of the chicken is almost like a peking duck,, YUMMY!!
