Tell me about how the tattooing went ! :D

IT WENT GREAT

(for the people who missed on it, I tattooed a person today)

So this is how my friend’s leg looks like from now on

like the shading will be made in two weeks and you can still see part of the stamp but all in all

I did not butcher him

all my starter wiggly lines were fixable and it got better after I stopped stressing about it

both the guy and my teacher and tattoo artist were super happy about it and told me I did great

it was super fun in general because it might have happened with a Blind Guardian soundtrack

All in all I’M SUPER PUMPED and I can’t WAIT to do this for a living properly

It’s morning and I feel a little better. I’ve got coffee in front of me and a cuddly dog dressed in a Christmas themed coat on my lap and I’ve got things to do today so I’ll be fine. I’m used to my dad’s side of the family being shitty at worst and vaguely disappointing at best so it really didn’t last long.

Oh I’m not too picky, Trollhorn because he’s an instrumental genius and he plays in Moonsorrow, Vreth because he’s a lovely dork and he’s a great stage-presence, Skrymer because he’s such a happy-go-lucky friendly fellow, Samu always looked so (as we say in Dutch) dry, and Virta because he looks extremely cuddly and is a master piano-man (if you check out his stuff outside Finntroll). Wow what can I say, they were the very first real metal band I ever listened to. They all inspired me so much so I love them all, be it past or present members. Elias is a great guitar-player and to be honest he can do so much better than he shows in Sonata. I would ask them how they managed to still have so much youth and energy because I can’t think of a greater band to see on-stage, yes. Oh and Tony, why do you look like a 50 year old pompous rich hipster in that orchestra picture set ?
