TSRF2023 Mod Message: Some Festival Delays this Year
Things have been super busy this October, and the Mods have been a little at sea. As a result, we're going to extend the deadline for posts until November 10th to give us all a little more time.
The Scorpio Races 2023: COLORS
“Now you wear Thisby’s colors.”
Attention, riders! Your official race colors are now available for you to pick up!
If you’ve completed at least one Rider Challenge, these colors qualify you for the races. First, Second, and Third place will be chosen via random generator, and their colors will be posted.
The winners receive extra entries in the giveaway.
You can include these colors and standings in your Race Day posts or choose your own outcome.
If you’re still catching up, don’t worry! Mods are also running a bit behind this year. You can keep participating, even after the race is run.

“At the top it says JOCKEYS and then, to its right, CAPAILL. Someone has written meat in small letters next to JOCKEYS. And then, beneath all of that, there is a gap, and then the names begin.” – The Scorpio Races by Maggie Stiefvater
The horses are out so that means it’s time to head to Gratton’s and register your mount! It’s looking to be a good turnout this year, and it’s never too late to sign up! Follow the instructions in the Riders Sign-up Post, and you’ll be added to the graphic later on in the Festival.

“The hotel is where the mainlanders compare notes and talk about the day’s training, scratch their heads, and wonder if this mare or that stallion will calm down enough to be a contender in the race.” – The Scorpio Races by Maggie Stiefvater
The most die-hard of race enthusiasts have started arriving, but there’s still time to sign up as the race approaches. Follow the instructions in the Tourists Sign-up Post, and you’ll be added to the graphic later on in the Festival.
