Your legs are long, slim and straight. Really incredible!
ES: Thanks for praising me. May be because I am the tallest in WJSN, but people from the company, and the members also, tell my that my legs are pretty. These days we are preparing for debut, like filming this and that alot. So everytime (we have shooting) the stylists tell me to wear shorts.
Seems like you don’t pay a lot of atention for your slender body and your weight, how is it?
ES: I actually look slim, but I look dull on screen. So I’m tring a lot to make my bodyline slim and firm. Everyday. I’ve to focus on the posture and also, even if I gained weight for a little bit, I have to be on diet. I’ve been wanting to maintain my weight, but it’s not as easy as I think.
So taking care of your body everyday is the secret of your luxurious body?
ES: These days, because we have practice dancing, I don’t have to exercise separately. But instead, to be able to maintain that attractive bodyline, I am doing muscules exercises in free time. These days, cuz it’s near to make debut, according to this situation, I’ve reduced the meal to 1/3 of the usual meal.
You look, like you don’t eat much, but you still have reduced it to 1/3, really great!
ES: I like looking for restaurants and when I eat meal I eat until feel full. But these days I eat chicken breats alot and whatever I eat. I feel like chicken breast is tasty, haha.
Any more secret tips for your body?
ES: Drink water alot and eat fruits until you hate to eat. May be the amount is almost the same as 3 meals? Eating more fruits make your skin good and during dieting period you can stay without other snacks, so it helps alot.
