I’ve been doing some customization on this kit for a while. Such as coloring the inner frame silver, some titans waterslides, and the missing shoulder gun, which we in the business call a bit of battle damage. I love how the kit in general looks, it really brings the best out of what the gabthley can be. I can’t actually do a full transformation with it because I had a lot of issues with the joints in the skirting snapping, so the skirting is glued in. But I can do the classic chicken legs

Ignore the smudging on the red paint, that’s what we in the business call “it’s probably glowing or something so that’s just the glow”

Since I picked up the baund doc recently I might just go ahead and get a whole hg jerid messa collection.

The Gabthley!

Wanted to practice drawing mecha again and I went with one of my favorite transforming suits from Zeta Gundam. I noticed it shares a design hallmarks that are present in Gundam-type designs so I decided to try out a recolor using the ZZ Gundam's colors and it turned out better than I expected. I also tried out an Insecticon palette for the lolz since it's alt mode looks like a big ol' bug.

Oh, and I accidentally created this insane hue shift from the Insecticon palette and I thought it was too cool to not share, so have that as a little bonus!
