I think its awesome you create, modify, sew and paint dolls in so many ways, you're everything i dreamed about being as a preteen (and tried to do to... various results lol) i think it's seriously so cool! Creating so many little creatures <3

this is why i love making dolls. when the only concrete premise is "this will be a creature of some sort", the medium can be anything, and mixed media can get truly mixed. also my material hoarding tendencies get rewarded when basically anything can go into a doll, or inspire a doll.

The first time I read this I was thinking you mean Delta the character not the story as a whole but we good I caught myself. My bad for naming them the same.

What's a song you associate with Delta because of the lyrics?

I actually landed on three here, but two are kiyomi and one is more jun/kiyomi/delta which I think best encompasses the story vibe.

So first, Anything Like Me by Poppy is very very Jun and Kiyo/Delta to me in the sense that the two of them being so alike is a driving forve for Kiyomi's actions and she's really shoving it into Jun's face. I see the lyrics going both ways but Jun is definitely the one that feels the most discomfort about the fact

Honestly I'm surprised I didn't clip a bigger section, the whole song really applies I think. I also really love how Poppy sings the last repeated part in the song and I think it adds to the vibe.

Second song is Kiyomi's song of all time, Valley of the Dolls by Marina (and the Diamonds because this is an older one). It just very much is her, so much so that when I made her into a jojo character this was her stand.

Last song for the lyrics choice is Church Outfit also by Poppy. It's a self idulgent choice because it's the song that's paired with my favorite Kiyomi drawing, but it also lines up very well with the canon situation regarding Kiyomi's wedding dress.

Easy answer, hands down Deal with the Devil by Tia. This is exactly how I want Delta to sound, and the fact that its from a gambling anime when Kiyomi's gambling problem is prevalent in the story makes it even better.

I also just really love this song. Its really fun even though Delta is quite dreary, and it just encapsulates what I want so well. Bonus fun fact is that Tia is Kiyomi's voice claim!

Might I add: smell is one of the most important memory recollection stations, so there's a lot of potential. yeah what was even the point of having this whole arc where dirk stands stalwart against becoming a monster if he just becomes a monster anyway. and not just a monster but like. the worst of monsters. a mind controlling abusive fuckface
