PMA: les associations LGBT ne veulent pas de filiation dédiée qui créerait “une nouvelle discrimination”

Plusieurs associations LGBT étaient auditionnées, ce jeudi, par la commission spéciale du Sénat chargée d’examiner le projet de loi de bioéthique. Pour les associations, le dispositif ad hoc pour l’établissement de la filiation prévu dans le texte, crée « une nouvelle discrimination ».
