Quitting smoking
This is my 4th attempt at quitting smoking. It is my new years resolution. I got 120 pieces of high nicotine gum from the doctor. Just smoked my last camel crush menthol.
I detest waking up each morning with inflamed lungs coated in menthol gook. It’s fucking nasty. I hate coughing all day, having fear that my heart will explode just by taking stairs or by working out. I already have bad anxiety and smoking just fucks with it more.
PLEASE give me your good thoughts. I will keep posting progress and try to commit to updating this more often.
