A parent’s love is unmatched
Date Night at the Museum
“Thanks for coming, Eric,” Adelaine smiled at Eric, pulling him into a warm hug. They’d been through so much together. They’d been just friends, friends with crushes, a couple, and then finally just friends again. They were exactly where they were supposed to be after all of this time.
“I couldn’t miss it. I introduced Atticus and Elizabeth after all,” Eric proudly proclaimed, “Besides, this is the beginning of wedding season. Soon, we’ll all be married adults with mortgages.”
“Terrifying,” Adelaine smirked, “But I bet you and Stella will be next.”
“Oh, so she told you,” Eric cast his eyes down, happy and blushing.
“I’m so happy for you two, and I like to think that me interrupting your relationship in high school helped you realize you really loved each other,” Adelaine bit her lip. Now that everything had worked out, she felt strange for breaking up her two friends just for them to run back to each other. Was she to be blamed, or was it all meant to be?
“You really did prove that Stella was the one for me. You and I were a perfect match, and if we couldn’t work, then I realized the right one had been there all along,” Eric grinned, “And your perfect guy was always there, too. I’m happy for you and Landon.
“So, this is it then? We can be friends congratulating each other on our new relationships?” Adelaine was hopeful.
“Isn’t it great?” Eric chuckled.
“It’s my party, and I’ll do what I want to”
Magnolia’s room got a teen update
“Okay, so follow this road, and the store will be on your right. I promise, you’ll love it.” -Stella
I looked away for one minute and came back to this!
