I could write an essay about the fact that the reason Dean knew his father was possessed was because he was proud of him. In the same vein, Sam knew something was up with John because he told him he didn’t want to fight him anymore. Their father only showed them love when he wasn’t even in the drivers seat of his own body and when he was minutes from death. Those poor boys.

TOO MANY CHOICES
On the 20th anniversary of the 2005 hit CW series ‘Supernatural’, I’ve found myself asking this question. Why do I love this show so much?

i hate that school is slowing down my rewatch its so unfortunate
I’m on the last episode of season 7 and honestly I think it’s a solid season! But maybe that’s just because of my complete disdain for season 6 (the only good plot line in that season is cas’ betrayal and that really only picks up in the last 5 episodes). Lots of things happen in this season:
We see Dean grieve Cas for the first time really
Bobby dies and we get a cool arc about death and ghost stuff from a hunters perspective
We meet Charlie, our favorite lesbian
We meet a Kevin Tran!
We get some wonderful Cas moments after he takes on Sam’s ‘crazy’
And the Leviathans work really well as the big bad of the season. Dick Roman literally makes me so uncomfortable, it’s great stuff.
Overall it’s not the best season the show has ever put out but it’s solid. I’ll hopefully be able to catch up with my rewatch quotes in the next few days :)
All I want in this life is a season worth of TFW being domestic and living in the bunker and having fun and being family. Please that is all I need.
idk if it's already been said (it probably has) BUT
maybe the reason crowley knows the "saving people, hunting things" line even though it was said in s1 is because it was a tagline for the book series? like i'm sure that would've been a catchy phrase that went on the blurb or something
