Sweet nectar. 🍯 I was so excited when @westmanatelier recently released two new shades of their Lit Up Highlighter sticks (I had actually just repurchased their original Lit shade). I was most excited about Nectar, a glassy golden peach, it didn’t disappoint. It is translucent, dewy and so soft. Just my favourite kind of highlighter (I know, it seems to be a highlighter kind of week). Brûlée is also beautiful is a glass bronze gold (swipe left 👈🏻 then left again to see me swatch all 3 shades). How does it compare to other highlighters in my collection? Well Nectar is closest to #jonesroadbeauty’s dusty rose, but more peach less rose, and Brûlée is deeper than Chanel’s Baume Essentiel in Golden. How does Nectar compare to Chanel’s Baume Essentiel in Rosee? Well it’s much less pigmented (Chanel’s could almost double as a dewy blush, kind of like how Westman Atelier’s Brûlée can too, at least on my skin tone). Love glassy dewy highlighters, especially in stick form (so easy to swipe straight onto the face), so be prepared to see these on my face...a lot. 🥰 Which shade would you pick?
