Introductions
So, here’s the thing, You may notice from my avatar that I appear to be someone you might know. You might recognize some of the content I’m going to be posting especially if you are or have been a member of the Facebook group Glitch artists collective, I left that group back in 2021 but have since tentatively rejoined as the fuss and hullabaloo of what made me leave (nft madness) seems to have calmed down some what. Why crash- stop as a username and title for this ? I love science fiction and especially the work of Iain.M.Banks and his Culture series . In the Culture ships have both consciousness and agency, a crash stop is the most ruinous thing a ship can do to itself , it has consequences and that Is essentially what I have done.
You can find my written blog here https://crash-stop.blogspot.com/
And you can find my video work here https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC1dvjE8GIpI0IS9r3kPcNDg ( though I’ve pruned it down from 300 odd videos to 30 ).
And occasionally I post to my PeerTube here https://tube.tchncs.de/video-channels/crashstop/videos
You can talk to me on mastodon @[email protected] , or here!
Like my work and want to help me make more ? Tip me on Ko-Fi here https://ko-fi.com/crashstop

'This is never what I wanted', to the ladybug 'I wanted pain, love, to experience hardships, without, I can't enjoy this paradise' The ladybug looked up into my eyes with worry 'But you wanted paradise, you wanted no troubles' 'What I wanted was momentary bliss, escape from duality of pain and pleasure' Thinking of nights I sat looking out my window, staring into the city lights at nighttime Stillness, the curiosity of the wonders out there, the agony, companionship I wanted that, but here I can't have that, I can only have beauty 'What are you thinking about?' 'Take me back. I want my life again.'
Taste, touch, smell, hear, see.
The child's mind might step out of line.
