Today Energy. “There are no traffic jams along the extra mile.” – Roger Staubach We often heard from motivational speakers, business Strategist, Consultants, etc that for you to be successful and stand out in your chosen endeavor, you must go the extra mile. Then, you may ask, what is this extra mile? Extra mile is that thing you do beyond expectation, that additional effort you put in that others do not, that thing you do that most times you are not being paid for. The extra mile can also be that new skill set you acquire to help you perform your role effectively without the support or sponsorship from your boss. It is the sacrifice you made to deny yourself sleep to work towards achieving your goals while others are sleeping. The list is endless. Hence, not everybody can go the extra mile. There is no traffic jam because just a few are found within this realm. This is why many are working in different spheres of life but ONLY FEW are successful. Those at the extra mile realm has moved beyond distraction, they are focus. At this point they can visualize their success and would not want to miss it. Those at this realm are Masterminds. They only connect with builders not scavengers at this realm. There are no jokers here.
