*licks air* gonchin' time is near
It is a week since I started to talk about Goncharov with my friend who knows nothing about it.
They still didn't look for it to watch.
I have so much fun with this.
Waiting when they find out.
Found today at the bookstore I work at 👀.
Thanks to this godforsaken website I got jumpscared while helping my students do library catalogue research on literary techniques
So, Tumblr Apotheosis 2.0.
I'm in an elevator in the Marriott. A family steps in. Teenager glances at me (in my Goncharov shirt) and their eyes LIGHT. UP. I'm already grinning when they're saying how much they love that movie. We bullshit about it a bit (and their parents are in on it, which is just *chef's kiss*) and then I tell them I like their shoelaces and they say the magic words and then we high-five as I step off the elevator.
Not fifteen minutes later, the burly guy managing the line for the event I was going to, probably five years older than I am, also lights up when he sees my t-shirt, and, well. He liked my shoelaces.
I don't usually make posts like these...
guys so you know when Goncharov first came out they made a bunch of cool merch like versions of the pocket watch?
Well I was looking through some of my grandad's stuff and found a pocket watch that I'm pretty sure says "Goncharov" in Russian Cyrillic but then again my Russian is pretty rusty...
Anyway just wanted to share that. Can't believe my grandad saw it in theatres when it came out!
I have transcended “I can get a song stuck in my head just from a textual reminder that it exists” to “I can get a song that doesn’t actually exist stuck in my head from a textual reminder of a movie that doesn’t exist either.”
behold this utter nonsense I created to advertise my dormitory's annual lizard drawing contest
