Summary:

It's 1987 London and anti-gay sentiment is on the rise ahead of the government's push to pass Section 28 to prohibited the "promotion of homosexuality" by local authorities -- including banning books and education in schools.

Why do Fell, low level government administrator, and Crowley, a "fixer" for a nefarious consulting company and reluctant queer community organiser, keep running into each other -- quite literally? Is it just romantic fate bringing together two middle aged "confirmed bachelors" who thought it was too late to find love, or is there some other connection? Can they figure it out? (Are they sure they want to?)

Chapter Summary:

We see Aziraphale's perspective on the stormy night at Crowley's and find out what he was rushing off to the next morning. Pieces of the puzzle start falling into place. Note this fic now uses workskins!

NEWS THAT UPLIFTS....

I recently read the newspaper and saw an article about an NGO run by males that teaches young boys how to break free from the toxic habits patriarchy has normalized for them like casual use of slangs, household work only for ladies etc.

I mean hands down the best news I've read in a while. They are setting such a good example.

So innovative of those people who are not just training young boys, but also trying to eventually create a system that promotes coexistence and mutual respect by making them question and correct their usual behaviour patterns.

Among all the flashy negative news that floods the newspapers, I found this particular article very uplifting.

It instilled my belief in the good yet again and was one of those articles I'd regret missing out on reading!!!
