so i uh... heard you like stevebucky headcanons. well, i have this one where it’s like they’re in wakanda, but they don’t live IN the city, they live in this little shack/house in the mountains or the forest where they have privacy and time to recover with each other and be kind of alone and idk it’s just really sweet and nice, especially after bucky just coming out of cryofreeze and cap coming off of civil war
honestly i would love if they just stayed secluded and didn’t have to go rushing to fight in infinity war because these boys deserve a chance to rest
bucky and steve finally having a chance to just breath and reconnect after everything that’s happened to the two of them
bucky receiving the help he still needs and having the peace to do so with steve still by his side and just a constant anchor in helping him rediscover who he is, even if he decides he wants to become someone new and different from his past
steve finally getting to grieve over peggy and falling apart after getting bucky back and coming to terms with all thats happened, settling the inner fight of blame he must feel from not searching for bucky
steve and bucky just finally being happy and having a chance to rest
they just deserve to rest and be alone and happy together
