It wasn’t that he necessarily hated the guy, even though the feeling wasn’t mutual. His displeasure at starting the conversation was just because knew how the other Servant acted. The Beserker had made it more than clear in the past he didn’t want anything to do with any of the other facets of himself that had wandered through Chaldea’s halls, for whatever reason. The Lancer has his guesses, but he wasn’t about to go at it with him about something that hardly mattered in the grand scheme of it all. There were plenty of folks he could get into about in terms of ideologies---another version of himself wasn’t exactly high on the list.
