daily bugsnax 25! cocomites 🥥 🥥
little bonus based on floofty’s cocomite dialogue
@fluffyglass had the idea of making a Bugsnak baby with Yolka and they encouraged Snakpack to make their own. And here’s my take on them.
Gamers, meet Pina and Colada, two fucked up Bugsnak babies based on Greater and Lesser Cocomite. They’re twins but they couldn’t be any more different. They’re currently raised by Frazzle (partially because they don’t want to abandon them but also because they want them to get a better childhood than they did), and Floofty (at first to observe their development but they learn to love these lil beans.)
greater cocomite is happy you made it to thursday :)
Bracket F, Round 1 May the tastiest Snak win!
Lesser Cocomite
Greater Cocomite
GREATER COCOMITE
This is a momentous post! Are you presentable? I hope so, because this post is about the greatest of Cocomites, the Greater Cocomite! What makes it so great? Well, it is called that, so I am taking its word for it.
It is quite easy to overlook Cocomites, and I am sure many players would if they were not part of a mandatory quest! I know I had no idea how to find them, since they don’t just walk around like other Snax, until I noticed the Snakgrappler icon on the palm trees... hitting the tree with drop a Cocomite Husk, an entire coconut with four eyes! But this is not the Bugsnak.
This is TWO Bugsnax! Breaking the husk will split it into two: Greater Cocomite and Lesser Cocomite! Here, you can see that Greater Cocomite likely got its name from its larger number of straws. It is also pointier, so you can tell it means business.
As indicated by their emojis, Cocomites are aggressive! It is really quite adorable. They are so little, so stiff, and they just scuttle toward you, expressionless, with the intention of causing you harm. They act identically to one another, and since there are two, they are Double Trouble! A Trip Shot will make them vulnerable to capture... but you will have to be quick and strategic, distracting them before luring them toward it! Truly relentless creatures! And this is not the last you have seen of them!
