Journal #1: The aspect we enjoyed the most
"In doing Planimal, what I enjoyed most is conceptualizing the project, that is, from the project description up to the analysis model. It was really challenging to think of the architecture of the project - thinking how every single thing must work, what are the classes and functions needed applying all the knowledge we learned in class , how would they work together and most importantly how would the user enjoy the mobile application. It was all amazing! "
"One of the aspects I enjoyed the most (in doing our project) was the brainstorming at the start of the semester. It was fun to think of creative ideas and share them with our classmates, and it was amazing to see that me and my fellow classmates had a lot of interesting ideas for an app. I also enjoyed it when we were creating the prototypes. It was exciting to see our ideas being transformed into an actual mobile application. It was fulfilling to see that we were able to make our codes work."
"The funniest moment in making the project was probably figuring out what it should be called. Considering the initial and final name both came from random bouts of inspiration from my friends while we were jogging. That was a fun time.
I suppose the thing that I really enjoyed during the whole process was making ideas. Making ideas for what the project should be, making ideas on what the layout could be, and making ideas on how it should look like. Anything that had to do with percolating my brain and shooting off suggestions to my group mates was pretty fun.
Anything that had to do with designing was also one of my favorite things. Such as making our blog, and creating logos and icons for Green Applets and Planimal."
